Ulan Middle East has developed and implemented an integrated Environmental, Health and Safety and Quality Management System(QHSE) which uses ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and QHSAS 18001:2007 as a framework that allows our organizations to document and improve our environmental, health and safety and quality practices in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, stakeholders and interested parties.

To ensure a common approach to managing environmental, health and safety, and quality performance and to achieve ongoing improvement throughout ULAN Middle East, we focus on the systematic identification, management and improvement of the areas of our business that present risks. This approach applies to the management of environmental, and health and safety issues across our business, as well as the management system and our products and services. Implementing one system, rather than having a number of individual systems to manage each ISO standard, brings together all requirement for quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment.

This enables us to:

Providing Major Added Value To Our Customers

Service flexibility
Total cost reduction for Job coordination
Pro integrated service management
A single vision
A single contact
Best customer service

Once implemented, the QHSE will help our business to better develop and communicate our corporate policies, establish appropriate objectives and targets, implement process to achieve policy commitments and take the required action to address risks and improve performance.

This QHSE manual ad our process are designed around the principle of continual improvement and adopt the methodology of the Plan, Do, check and Act cycle. It generally follows the layout and high-level structure of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The appropriate elements of OHSAS 18001:2007 are woven around this high-level structure. Our QHSE addresses and supports our strategies for the Facilities Management services of ULAN Middle East.
